After Game 7: Despite trailing at home by 14 points at halftime, the San Antonio Spurs forced a Game 7 overtime vs. the Dallas Mavericks -- only to lose in overtime to Dallas, 119-pts-111. The Dallas Mavericks thus win best-of-7 MLB/NBA/NHL playoff series 982, 4-games-3, and thwart the San Antonio effort to win a best-of-7 series after having trailed 3-games-1. The 14-point halftime deficit by San Antonio was the largest surmounted in a Game 7 to force overtime.
