With the series 1159 loss, the Vancouver Canucks see their best-of-7 NHL playoff series record fall to 15-18 overall and 9-7 in the NHL Preliminary round. The series 1159 win order for the victorious Los Angeles Kings was WWWLW: Series 1159 thus becomes the 14th NHL Preliminary-round series, the 45th NHL series (all rounds), and the 78th MLB/NBA/NHL series (all rounds) to follow that win order to completion.
