With the series 1482 loss, the Boston Red Sox see their best-of-7 MLB playoff series record fall to 13-10 overall and 5-6 in the Semifinals round. The win order for the victorious Houston Astros in series 1482 was WLLWWW: Series 1482 thus becomes the fourth MLB Semifinals-round series, the sixth MLB series (all rounds), and the 42nd MLB/NBA/NHL series (all rounds) to follow that win order to completion.
